When something needs attention

A reported problem.
A clear scope of work.

A resident reports a fault, communal lighting fails or an inspection identifies a defect. We investigate the problem and establish what needs to be done.

We work with housing providers, property managers and landlords across London and Essex, with access, repair approvals and attendance agreed for the job or contract.

From a report to an instruction

The right information.
The right arrangements.

The property location, reported fault and access contact help us arrange the right visit.

Our focus is London and Essex, particularly the M25 area. Attendance and response arrangements are agreed for the work or contract.

  1. Describe the Issue

Tell us what has been reported, where it is and which areas are affected. Include any existing inspection report or job reference that relates to the work.

  2. Arrange Access and Attendance

Identify the resident, keyholder or site contact and any access restrictions. Discuss the urgency and attendance arrangements with our team.

  3. Agree the Work and Approvals

We agree the pricing basis and who can authorise repairs, including spending limits. If investigation identifies additional work, its scope and cost are agreed before it proceeds.

Following an inspection

Turn the findings
into the next steps.

If you have an EICR or another inspection report identifying defects, let us know. The findings provide a starting point for discussing remedial works, any further investigation and the arrangements for returning to the property.

Visit notes and completion documents stay linked to the property job. We report what has been completed and what still needs attention, including any approval or return visit needed to finish the work.

Useful to know

Before you arrange a repair.

Help us understand the issue and the arrangements for your property.

Can you discuss defects from an existing EICR?

Yes. Tell us about the report and the properties involved so we can discuss the findings and proposed remedial work. Further investigation or a visit may be needed to establish the scope.

What happens if additional work is needed?

We discuss the additional work with your authorised contact and agree the scope, price and any return visit before proceeding.

How do we arrange attendance?

Contact our team with the property location, the reported issue, its urgency and access details. Attendance depends on the work required and the arrangements agreed with you. Existing clients should use their agreed reporting route.

Can repairs sit alongside planned maintenance?

Yes. We can discuss inspection findings and repair requirements as part of a wider programme. Explore planned electrical maintenance.
