How we work

Good work.
Clear arrangements.

We coordinate the visits, keep the job information together and agree how the work will be reported and billed. Our own digital systems support a team you can speak to.

From the first conversation

Know what is needed.
Agree how it will work.

Whether you manage one building or a housing portfolio, clear responsibilities help everyone understand the next step.

  1. Understand the Work

We review your properties, electrical requirements, existing reports and outstanding work. We then discuss priorities and a practical start date, including a phased introduction where appropriate.

  2. Agree the Arrangements

We agree the scope, pricing, access and who can authorise work, including any restrictions on timing or electrical shutdowns.

  3. Plan for the Site and Its People

We prepare site- and job-specific RAMS and plan access around residents, building use and your site requirements.

  4. Records & Follow-Up

We agree the updates, visit records and certificates your team needs, including how access issues and further work will be reported.

Technology with a practical purpose

Our own systems.
Built around the work.

Our bespoke system keeps jobs, appointments, visit notes, photographs and documents together. It helps our office and engineers see what has happened at a property and what needs attention.

Digital RAMS sit alongside the job information. Automation supports reporting and billing, while linked records help us answer queries and track follow-up work.

Your systems matter too

Already using Dwellant?

We use Dwellant for some of our property management clients. If your team uses it too, we’ll agree how instructions and updates should fit your existing process.

People as well as properties

Working in someone’s home
takes consideration.

We arrange appointments using letters, SMS, email and WhatsApp. We agree what residents need to know about the visit, including access and any planned interruption to their electricity.

Tell us about communication or support needs so these can be considered when planning the work. We agree how missed access, changes and return visits will be handled, with our office available for questions about the job.

Commercial arrangements

A defined scope.
An agreed pricing basis.

We can work to an agreed Schedule of Rates or provide a fixed quotation for a defined scope. We establish what is included and how any work outside that scope will be approved, giving your team a clear basis for controlling costs.

Purchase-order requirements, spending limits and authorised contacts are agreed at the outset. Invoice references and supporting documents help your accounts team match the bill to the work.
