This Website

Our enquiry form uses provider cookies for security and session handling. Optional analytics runs only if you accept it. We do not use advertising cookies. Separate sign-in cookies apply if you visit our restricted review website.

Optional Analytics

If you accept, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people visit and how they reach the website. It uses browser and device information and identifiers to distinguish visits. We use this to improve the site, not for personalised advertising.

Analytics Cookies

_ga and _ga_01HLH72CGF, set on our domain after acceptance, identify visitors and sessions. We configure them to expire after no more than 180 days without extending their lifetime on each visit. Your browser may shorten this.

Your Saved Choice

frost-cookie-choice-v1 in local storage records whether you accepted or rejected analytics, with an expiry of 180 days. This is used only to remember your preference; we ask again when it expires. You can remove it through your browser settings.

Choose Cookie Settings in the footer to change your mind. Rejecting stops further analytics collection and removes our accessible analytics cookies. It does not undo information already collected. You can use the website and enquiry form without accepting analytics.

The Enquiry Form

Our form provider, Zoho, receives browser requests when you open the contact page, before you submit an enquiry.

Provider Cookies

The form connects to bigin.zoho.com. Zoho uses security-cookie families such as crmcsr and load-balancing cookies beginning zalb_. The cookies offered can depend on the request and whether you submit the form.

Duration

Offered as session cookies. Browser settings, including session restoration, affect how long they remain.

Purpose

crmcsr belongs to Zoho’s security-cookie family. The zalb_ cookies support load balancing, keeping requests on the same server during a session. See Zoho’s Cookie Information (opens in a new tab). Your browser may block these third-party cookies.

Restricted Review Access

This section applies only to people signing in to our restricted online review website. Cloudflare provides that sign-in security. Its CF_Authorization cookie recognises an authorised session; our application session lasts 24 hours. Your Choices

Your browser settings let you inspect, delete or block cookies. Blocking cookies or third-party resources may affect sign-in or the enquiry form. You can still contact us by email or on 01708 377002.
